The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment for us to enjoy our Christmas holiday.
We experienced some issues during our stay. there was an error with our payment where it was taken twice and we still haven't received a reimbursement after a month.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our family with two small kids. It was conveniently close to Mgahinga park, which made it easy for us to explore the area. the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. the service we received from the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious and satisfying, giving us a great start to our day.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as we were planning to visit a nearby park. the hotel offered two amenities that were nice: a comfortable bed and a decent view from the window. the hotel was also fairly clean.

The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was very close to Mgahinga Park, making it easy for us to visit the next day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also found the hotel facilities to be excellent, with ample parking and transportation options available. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and exceeded our expectations.
